Brian Warren established his consultancy in 1999 (following 25 years household insurance experience with Royal & SunAlliance) to help repair / replacement suppliers deliver (and exceed) the expectations of the insurance market – especially in the context of delivering the highest quality Customer service !

Subsidence claims have been a significant area of attention with work undertaken in support of the engineering & support service functions to deliver enhanced standards and improved propositions for the benefit of Insurers and Adjusters alike

With the interest surrounding Home Information Packs work has been undertaken to support Clients wishing to apply their knowledge of structural damage to buildings to “specific defect” surveys, as well as in other areas e.g. mining subsidence

On the contents front the work undertaken ranges from assisting to set-up new or improved processes / documentation to the auditing of performance standards / delivery to the agreed KPIs

Work has ranged across most product segments e.g. brown & white goods, cameras, IT, jewellery, carpets etc as well as the issues associated with a centralised “hub”
